Thanks for sending this very thorough report along. I have to say that I have developed the utmost respect for the Presby Co. based on how you folks handled our situation over here. Most companies would not have looked twice if contacted about issues with a 5-6yr old product and for that we commend you and are grateful. You were able to diagnose our problem which allowed us to make a more educated decision concerning what step to take next, and for that we are truly grateful.
Anyway, thanks again for all you’ve done and please share this message with your boss. It’s so refreshing to know that there are people/companies around that still care. The world would be a better place if everyone followed your example.
