Dealers and Distributors

Anyone designing or installing an Advanced Enviro-Septic^® System will be working directly with a representative of Morning Star Distributing. Please contact Morning Star Distributing, for a complete list of authorized dealers and any design or installation questions. Manuals and Approvals AES is approved in the western part of New York State on an area by area basis. Appendix 75-a, under the Specific Waivers (75-a.11) of the Wastewater Treatment Standards allows this.  A designated full-time city, county or part-county health department official may issue a Specific Waiver, approving the design and installation of AES.  When installed as a replacement system, AES may be be used throughout the State of New York.  Be sure to check with your local approving authority.
