We currently do not have an approval in your state but are working very diligently to gain approval in as many states as possible. Once the approval process is complete, we will establish dealers throughout the state and begin training designers and installers to use our system.
In an effort to make our innovative and affordable technology available throughout the United States, we have been diligently working for several years to obtain certification of our product under
NSF International/ANSI's Standard 40. NSF Certification is highly regarded in the onsite wastewater treatment industry and recognized by most state regulatory agencies. (To learn more about NSF and its Standard 40, visit www.nsf.org.)
In October, 2009, we received a
NSF Standard 40 Class I Certification for our product in recognition of its superior treatment capabilities and reliable performance. We anticipate that this certification will facilitate and expedite the process of gaining new state approvals.
