How Do Advanced Enviro-Septic™and Enviro-Septic®
Work Differently than Conventional Systems?
The AES and Enviro-Septic® Systems are designed to treat wastewater within the system before releasing the treated wastewater to the soil and groundwater. Because of this, neither of our innovative wastewater treatment systems clog the underlying soils the way that conventional systems do.
Traditional systems release wastewater directly from the septic tank to the soil where treatment then occurs. Suspended solids are deposited on the soil below and at the sides of the system. Over time, these solids clog the soil and the wastewater floods the system, backing up into the tank and home, or surfacing above the leach field.
Naturally occurring bacteria within the AES and Enviro-Septic® Systems breakdown and treat the suspended solids within the pipe, preventing clogging throughout the system and the underlying soil. The soil keeps accepting treated wastewater. Failure does not occur.
State Laws Regarding Property Transfer, Disclosure and Performance
