Each state/province has its own criteria for approving onsite septic systems and for determining acceptable design and installation methods. The process of obtaining additional approvals is continuing every day, and many states provide for "experimental" use of our system on a provisional or case-by-case basis. If Enviro-Septic^® Technology is not approved in your state yet, contact your local or state agency responsible for regulating onsite wastewater treatment.
