Presby Environmental Inc. is a family run business that develops, manufactures, tests, and markets innovative, on site septic system products. Our company began in a small New Hampshire town, just north of Franconia Notch and West of Mt. Washington, called Sugar Hill. Currently our products are primarily used in the New England states and are attracting interest nationwide.
An important reason for our success is that we design products that are inexpensive, effective and environmentally safer. Changing government regulations and increased environmental awareness have drastically increased the cost of installing a new septic system or replacing an old one. Since a septic system is one of the largest single expenses a home or business owner will incur, we strive to develop effective products that offer longer life and reduce the overall cost of the system. Utilizing simple, yet effective techniques our products provide long lasting, less expensive, environmentally safer septic systems that have no moving parts and do not require special maintenance.
Presby Environmental Inc. is affiliated with two other companies, Presby Construction Inc. and Presby Plastics Inc. Presby Construction Inc., of Sugar Hill, NH, is a company that has specialized in septic system design, installation, and maintenance for over 50 years. The concepts and ideas that are the essence of our products today were derived from in the field experience. Developing cost effective solutions to difficult septic problems is a service we have provided our local customers for years. At our manufacturing facility, Presby Plastics Inc., we make our ideas a reality by producing our products in house to maintain quality and integrity.

Our Newly Expanded Facility
The Whitefield Industrial Park in Whitefield, NH, is the location of our manufacturing facility Presby Plastics Inc. Not only does this facility handle our local growth, but it will allow us to control and maintain our competitive prices and increase our utilization of recycled plastics. To keep up with the growing demand for our products Presby Plastics Inc. has increased in size. The new addition will house more manufacturing lines and has become the new home of Presby Environmental Inc. where we are now able to hold onsite training classes. At this facility we provide continued innovation in the septic industry and remain dedicated to producing the highest standard in product reliability and performance for the septic industry.
Manufacturing
We have at this time two major plastic extrusion lines. The first line produces the 11 5/8"O.D. pipe and the second line produces the green fiber mat. These products are the primary components of our patented Enviro-Septic® pipe.
The Future
Recyclable Plastics
Already we are starting to look for new manufacturing locations. To stay competitive and keep transportation costs down we are looking west, as in western New York. We are also in the process of setting up this facility to produce other elements used in our products in order to maintain quality control.
The market demand for new and more environmentally sound products also plays a significant part in our long standing goal to increase our use of recycled materials. Our current use of raw and recycled pellets to produce our pipe and our fiber mat is only the beginning.
